VeedahAgility Solutions was founded by Vida Ghunney (Coach Vee) out of a simple but powerful observation: organisations don't fail at transformation because they lack frameworks — they fail because they lack integration. Too many consulting firms deliver Agile rollouts without change management, or implement AI without considering the people affected by it. VeedahAgility was built to bridge that gap.

What began as a solo consulting practice in 2013 has grown into a multi-disciplinary firm with offices in Silver Spring, Maryland (USA) and Calgary, Alberta (Canada), serving clients across North America and beyond. Over the past 12+ years, Coach Vee and her team have led enterprise transformations for organisations in healthcare, financial services, telecommunications, energy, government, education, and technology — from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
