By accessing our website or purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Overview

VeedahAgility Solutions provides:

• Consulting services (Agile, AI, and Change Management)
• IT certification training and exam preparation programmes
• 6-week consulting training programmes
• Career services (resume writing, LinkedIn branding, interview preparation, coaching, mentoring, salary negotiation)

Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at our discretion. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Payments and Billing

4.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees for the services you purchase.

4.2 Pricing

Prices for our services are listed on the relevant service or training page. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, but changes will not affect previously confirmed purchases.

4.3 Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service:

• Certification Training: Full refund if cancellation is requested more than 14 days before the start date. 50% refund for cancellations 7-14 days before. No refund within 7 days of the start date.
• Career Services: Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Services that have been substantially delivered are non-refundable. If revision rounds have not been exhausted, we will work with you to resolve concerns before processing a refund.
• Consulting Services: Governed by individual engagement agreements. Fixed-fee consulting engagements include milestone-based payment terms defined in the statement of work.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, training materials, course content, videos, and software — is the property of VeedahAgility Solutions or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content without our prior written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Share, distribute, or resell training materials, course content, or exam preparation resources
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other user accounts
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our website or services
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access our website without permission

7. Consulting Engagements

All consulting engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or engagement agreement that specifies scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific SOW, the SOW shall prevail for that engagement.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 No Guaranteed Outcomes

While we strive for excellence and maintain high pass rates for certification training, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, certification pass rates, job placements, salary increases, or business results. Results depend on individual effort, circumstances, and market conditions.

8.2 Website Availability

We endeavour to maintain website availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any downtime, errors, or interruptions in service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VeedahAgility Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VeedahAgility Solutions, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Maryland, United States.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
